Piethorne Valley Caravan Site Rules

1. Please respect the campsite, grounds, our neighbours and all other guests.

2. No vehicle must exceed 5MPH as children are on site and respect our neighbours and other guests (THOSE WHO DON'T WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE).

3. You must make sure all members of your party are quiet and in their own areas between the hours of 10.30pm and 7.30am as this is a quiet family site and late night anti social behaviour will not be tolerated and you will be told to leave.

4. Don't play loud music / TV to the annoyance of others unless permission is granted from the owners.

5. No fires or barbecues to be lit on the grass - See owner for a flag. Any BBQ's may be emptied into the fire pit NOT ON THE GRASS, HEDGEROWS OR IN THE RIVER. Please ensure any left over wood is left by the fire pit. No holes to be dug for fires. Pitches must be left as found.

6. If you use the fire pit you must ensure the fire is doused before the last person leaves. Adult supervision is always required at the fire pit without exception.

7. The toilet block is for the use of everyone including children so leave it clean and tidy after use. Urinating anywhere other than the toilet block is strictly prohibited.

8. Obscene language is unacceptable especially with children on site.

9. Groups will be charged for any damage that any member of their group causes.

10. It is the guests responsibility to maintain their own electricity cable from the hook up to their unit and ensure it meets with the recommended safety standards.

11. We ask that you recycle your waste in the bins provided and help us to keep the site as eco friendly as possible.

12. Always ensure you take all your camping gear with you when you lave as a discarded tent / awning peg can cause serious injury if thrown up by the lawn mower and will cause damage to the mower itself.

13. The site should be cleared by 11.30am on day of departure unless otherwise agreed with management.

14. Piethorne caravan site will not accept any liability of any description for persons and loss or damage to property whilst using the site. all visitors are advised to obtain the appropriate holiday insurance cover.

15. Please ensure that you pick up your own dogs mess.

16. No monies paid will be refunded or are transferrable.

The site manager reserves the right to exclude customers for breach of our terms and conditions.
